If I placed an order during the April restock, when can I expect it?

All April orders can take up to a month to ship out to you. This window may be extended by a few days as we have been experiencing shipping delays over the past few months. However, we will send an email as soon as it ships so that you can track the order in real time! Thank you so much for your patience :)

Will you ever bring back the tie-dye hoodies, the hoodies with all white font, or the black hoodies with the colorful letters?

At the moment, we have no plans set to bring those back but we'd love to do that at some point later on down the line.

WHEN ARE YOU RESTOCKING YOUR TAN AND BLACK COLORFUL HOODIES?

Our black collection has been discontinued, but the tan Up All Night Collection will restock in late May, featuring a NEW tan Stupid Happy design. Follow us on our Instagram for details!

What is your return policy?

We are pleased to offer free returns within 30 days of receiving your hoodie. All hoodies must be unwashed and unworn and free of any stains. To make a return, please email orders@hangoverhoodies.com with your name and order number to begin. We will email you a pre-paid label and you can use that to send back your hoodie. As soon as we receive it, we will send out your new one! Please note: Because of varied washer and dryer settings, NO returns will be accepted on sweatshirts that have been through the wash for any reason.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we do!

How much does shipping cost?

We charge a $7.50 flat rate for orders within the US and a $20.00 flat rate for orders in Canada. All other international orders will have the shipping calculated at checkout.

I received the wrong hoodie or my hoodie arrived damaged.

We are so sorry about this! Please email orders@hangoverhoodies.com with your name and order number explaining what happened and we will send a new one out for you ASAP.

MY ORDER SAYS DELIVERED BUT IT IS NOT AT MY HOUSE.

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for any items that are lost or stolen after UPS has marked them as delivered. This because these items are not eligible for coverage from UPS. We strongly encourage you to keep track of the tracking information from the email confirmation emails that we send out.

How should I wash my hangover hoodie?

We recommend washing your hoodie in cold water and hanging it to dry. Some washing machines are more rough on clothes, and if this is true for yours, you may want to tie your hoodie strings together in order to keep it from falling out.

Can I rush my order if I need it by a specific day?

At this time, we do not offer rush shipping.

I APPLIED FOR THE WEEKEND LEAGUE AND HAVEN'T HEARD BACK. DOES THAT MEAN I DIDN'T GET IN?

We received over 1200 applications for ambassadors and are reviewing them on a rolling basis with the first 200 going first! So if you haven't heard back, that doesn't necessarily mean you didn't get in!

I want to be an ambassador. How do I apply?
